I had purchased and sold 3 houses in the past 13 years using 3 different real estate agents. Valerie Trang was my agent for my most recent home purchase. Compare to my previous agents and the overall experience, Valerie was head and shoulder above all of the rest.

I met a few other agents prior to choosing Valerie. I decided to go with Valerie mainly for her honest assessments of everything (both positives and negatives), and for her in-depth knowledge of the industry.

My husband and I would like to write this enthusiastic letter of recommendation and commendation to Valerie Trang for all of her hard work, as our Realtor in the Summer of 2007. 
In May 2007, we began looking for a home to buy.  It was going to be our very first home and it was important to us because we would be raising our young children in that home, for a long time.

We attempted to look into the housing market by ourselves without committing to a Realtor, but after a couple of months, we decided to invest in one.  We interviewed many Realtors, and felt alright about our choice; but it was apparent that "dedication", "ethical behavior" and "integrity" were not a nature attribute amongst Realtors, and soon fired our Realtor, with much regret. (Please note the emphasis on, "much regret").  We again tried to look on the market without one, and grew discouraged at the lack of honesty we kept running into with the seller's agents.

Then we met Valerie Trang.  She was a breath of fresh air.  Truly!  She was not boastful and full of herself.  She never bragged about the "Umpteen Years of Service".  She never tried to sell us.  In a humble and modest way, she said that she understood what we were trying to accomplish and asked us to trust in her. 

She was always accessible to us by phone.  She made arrangements and planned;  she was well prepared and conscientious.  Many phone calls transpired between our lender, the title company, and Valerie walked us through them all.  It was a dream come true!  And we are so proud to say that by August 2007, we bought a beautiful home, and were absolutely satisfied with her skills; but more importantly we were satisfied in everything she had promised, she delivered, on time, and forthright!
